  • What industries do you write for?
    I focus on the intersection of supply chain, sustainability, and digitalization—whether that’s for B2B technologies, industry consultants, or supply chain service providers. That said, I’m comfortable adapting to new sectors with a bit of ramp-up time.
  • What’s your process like?
    I start with a discovery call to understand your goals, audience, and brand voice. I then provide a quote based on the services you need. From there, I either work from the brief you’ve provided or create an outline for your approval, write the first draft, and include up to two rounds of revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations before invoicing.
  • What if I don’t like the first draft?
    While I offer up to two rounds of revisions as standard, my goal is always to get it right, and I will work until I do. I also prioritize clear communication upfront to minimize surprises and ensure alignment from the outset.
  • What’s your turnaround time?
    Turnaround typically ranges from 3–10 business days, depending on project complexity and my current availability. Rush options are available but may incur an additional fee, depending on workload and rescheduling requirements.
  • Do you offer SEO optimization?
    Yes. I can write SEO-friendly content using your target keywords or conduct basic keyword research to improve visibility and engagement.
  • How do you price your services?
    Pricing depends on the project type, length, and research depth. I offer per-word or per-project rates, as well as retainer packages and hourly options for consulting or editing work.
  • Do you use AI?
    Yes, I use AI tools selectively—for research, outlining, and polishing drafts. However, today’s AI systems are still prone to factual errors (referred to as “hallucinations”) and simply can’t be trusted to produce verified, executive-level content. As ChatGPT itself admits, these tools often lack practitioner insight, fabricate plausible-sounding statistics, and miss the nuance required for true thought leadership. While AI can help structure or supplement content, it cannot replace the human perspective that makes your voice authoritative and original. Like any tool, it must be used with intention and care.
